With a successful career in fashion design and styling, my life changed when I met my husband and I traded city life for the countryside, designer handbags for baby bags, and fashion shoots for school runs. The closest shopping centre was over an hour away and let's just say that there didn't seem to be an overwhelming demand for my styling services - or so I thought!

Determined not to give up on my passion, I booked a local community hall and advertised a Body Shape Masterclass. I set out 15 chairs and 144 women of all different shapes and sizes turned up to be styled!

The MM Personal Styling Company was officially born and for the last 20 years it's been our sole focus to bring styling solutions to the everyday woman regardless of their shape, size, budget or their lifestyle. 

 

Styling real women is my passion and together with my team we spend our days creating maximum style but with minimum effort for our clients. Today, we accomplish this through YouTube videos (17 million views and counting!), Instagram content , face-to-face consultations, and online styling appointments.

 

I also lead the MM Styling Academy, a unique online learning platform offering 5 star rated, CPD professional styling courses that will teach you the skills required to become an expert at styling yourself and others. 

 

No matter which aspect of the business I'm working on, my time is always focused on stying the everyday woman and teaching them the Hourglass Balancing Method of Styling ®. Together, we sift through their wardrobes, uncover hidden outfits and educate them on the importance of balancing figure - all with the aim of increasing their confidence. Then, it's back home to help with homework,  prepare dinner, and live my very 'real life'!
