However, we appreciate that most people simply want to know ‘what they’re signing up to, what costs are involved and what happens if they need to cancel’. We have summarised the answers to these questions below. We can assure you that there are no extra ‘hidden’ costs but please read the full terms and conditions should you wish.
ABBRIEVIATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Concierge & Wardrobe Re-Style
Depending on the Stylist selected, there is flat fee for the preparation, purchasing and returning of all the clothes needed based on the client's brief. The selected Stylist's hourly rate per hour + travel costs then prevails from arrival at the client's house to complete the wardrobe re-style. Stylist rates are advertised from the Service pages.
Wardrobe Re-Style
Depending on the Stylist selected, there is a flat fee for a maximum of 4 hours plus the selected Stylist's hourly rate per hour thereafter + travel costs & petrol (please see below).
Personal Shopping Trip
Depending on the Stylist selected, there is a flat fee for a maximum of 4 hours made up of a 2-hour pre-shop completed by the Stylist before the client’s arrival and a further 2 hours of styling with the client. (A total of 4 hours styling including preparation.)
Any additional hours incurred over the 4hr period will be charged at the selected Stylist's hourly rate per hour, plus - travel costs, petrol and car parking fees (please see below).
Online Shopping Board
Depending on the Stylist selected, there is a choice of 1, 2 or 3 hours charged at the selected Stylist's hourly rate.

Depending on the Stylist selected, there is a choice of 1, 2 or 3 hours charged at the selected Stylist's hourly rate.
Travel costs
All travel costs need to be covered by the client at a cost of £0.45p per mile for the return journey from the Stylist's house (the location of each stylist is advertised in the Service pages) to the location where the service is provided (ordinarily a client's home or shopping centre location). For example, SN9 6JQ to West Quay Shopping Centre is 50 miles each way (100 miles total) @45p per mile. In this example the client will be charged a total of £45 for petrol.
Travel time
If your location is further than 30 minutes away from the Stylist's house an expense for travel time will be incurred after 30 minutes of travel time and at a rate of £10 per quarter of an hour thereafter.

GENERAL
​
1.1. MM Personal Styling offers celebrity/personal styling, personal shopping services.
1.2. MM Personal Styling resides at 59-61 Charlotte Street, Birmingham, UK B3 1PX
1.3. The terms and conditions are between MM Personal Styling and the client using the services of MM Personal Styling. The client covenants and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION ACT

2.1. By providing your details to MM Personal Styling, you are consenting to MM Personal Styling informing you via email of our latest promotions, fashion events, and the latest trends. The data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
2.2. MM Personal Styling privacy promise: We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we must do so to arrange deliveries with stores and boutiques as part of our personal shopping packages. Customers are normally present when we arrange delivery of goods.
2.3. From time-to-time MM Personal Styling may send information about discounts, promotional offers, and events. If you do not want this information to be sent to you, please email us at hello@mmpersonalstyling.co.uk stating that you do not wish to be sent any MM Personal Styling information.
2.4. As stated, we will never disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.
2.5. All personal client information including contact details, or any other personal information given through the consultation process or at any other time thereafter will never be disclosed.

PERSONAL STYLING/SHOPPING
3.1. MM Personal Styling reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.
3.2. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment of cash, bank cheque, or a direct bank transfer.
3.3. All invoices should be paid within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
34. Payment for goods purchased & collected by MM Personal Styling on behalf of their client need to be covered/paid to MM Personal Styling within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
3.5. MM Personal Styling (if required) agrees to provide all receipts of purchases to their client as proof that MM Personal Styling have purchased goods on behalf of their client.

CANCELLATIONS

4.1 You may cancel your Online Styling session appointment for any reason. However, please note that if the aforementioned service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a refund will not be issued. In addition if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a refund will not be issued. You must complete your style questionnaire at least 24 hours prior to the aforementioned service in order for it go go ahead with the scheduled service. Failure to complete the questionnaire will result in the session being cancelled and a refund will not be issued.

4.2 You may cancel your Wardrobe Re-Style or Personal Shopping Trip appointment for any reason. However, please note that if the aforementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £100 will be incurred.

4.3 You may cancel your Concierge Service appointment for any reason. However, please note that if the aforementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £350 will be incurred.
4.4. In the event of a cancellation, our clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their personal styling appointment.
